Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
If your payment does not go through, please make sure your billing details are complete and your PayPal account or payment method is available. If the issue continues, email us with a screenshot of the error message.
What to include
To help us respond faster, please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please do not send card numbers, PayPal passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive payment details.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage or missing components.
After review, we can send a replacement at no extra cost.
