Need to change your shipping address or cancel an order? Email support@auraoath.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
If your payment does not go through, please make sure your billing details are complete and your PayPal account or payment method is available. If the issue continues, email support@auraoath.com with a screenshot of the error message.
What to include
To help us respond faster, email support@auraoath.com and include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short description of the issue, and photos if your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please do not send card numbers, PayPal passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive payment details.
Damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly sized items
If an item arrives damaged, we sent the wrong item, or we made your bracelet to the wrong size, email support@auraoath.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo.
Once we verify the issue, you can choose a free replacement or a refund. You do not need to return the item.
