You may use Aura Oath for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with site security, copy site content for commercial use without permission, submit false information, or use the site in a way that harms the experience of other visitors.

Symbolic reports and ritual content

Aura Oath content is designed for reflection, self-inquiry, and personal ritual. Chart-based reports, crystal references, intention prompts, and ritual guidance are symbolic and educational in nature.

They are not a substitute for qualified professional support in regulated or safety-related matters. Ritual goods are offered as tactile reminders and reflective support; they do not promise specific outcomes.

Products and availability

Product descriptions, images, materials, sizes, packaging, and prices are provided to help customers understand each item before purchase. Natural stones and small-batch items may vary in color, pattern, shape, or finish.

We may limit quantities, discontinue items, adjust pricing, correct errors, or refuse orders where necessary, including cases involving suspected misuse or inventory limitations.

Orders and payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the order confirmation is issued.

Shipping and returns

Aura Oath offers free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and fulfilled from China through YunExpress or comparable logistics partners. U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment; other eligible destinations may take 8–15 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not fixed arrival dates. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also visit our Track Order page for tracking guidance.

Unused and unworn bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility rules on our Shipping & Returns page. For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping to our China return address. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Emails and communications

For order updates and shipping notifications, you are responsible for providing an accurate checkout email address. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, images, product presentation, chart interpretation structures, and brand assets belong to Aura Oath or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or commercially reuse site materials without written permission.

Third-party services

The site may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, payments, shipping, email delivery, or other operational needs. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of responsibility

The site and its content are provided for general use. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Oath is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, delayed delivery, product expectations, or reliance on symbolic content.
