Product descriptions, images, materials, sizes, packaging, and prices are provided to help customers understand each item before purchase. Natural stones and small-batch items may vary in color, pattern, shape, or finish.

We may limit quantities, discontinue items, adjust pricing, correct errors, or refuse orders where necessary, including cases involving suspected misuse or inventory limitations.

Orders and payment

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the order confirmation is issued.

Shipping and returns

Aura Oath offers free standard shipping to the United States. Orders ship within 24 hours after payment confirmation and are fulfilled from China through YunExpress or comparable logistics partners. Estimated U.S. delivery is 8–12 calendar days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; customs clearance, holidays, and local delivery conditions may affect arrival. For destinations outside the United States, contact [email protected] before ordering for available shipping options and delivery estimates. Use our Track Order page or email support with your order number for tracking help.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and tell us which item you would like refunded. Once we verify your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the affected item to your original payment method. You do not need to return the item or pay return postage. If an item arrives damaged, we sent the wrong item, or we made your bracelet to the wrong size, include a clear photo; once verified, you can choose a free replacement or a refund.

Emails and communications

For order updates and shipping notifications, you are responsible for providing an accurate checkout email address. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, images, product presentation, chart interpretation structures, and brand assets belong to Aura Oath or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or commercially reuse site materials without written permission.
