Are these physical products?
Yes. Aura Oath products are physical bracelets with gift-ready packaging. Digital content may support the shopping experience, but the product you purchase is a tangible item.
How should I choose a bracelet?
Start with the intention that feels most relevant to your current season: Love, Clarity, Protection, Grounding, Renewal, or Abundance. Each intention page explains the focus and links to the matching bracelet.
Do the products promise specific outcomes?
No. Our bracelets are symbolic reminders for reflection, routine, and mindful gifting. They are not designed to promise a specific personal, spiritual, relationship, or money result.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are prepared from our China supply base and fulfilled through YunExpress or comparable logistics partners.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment. Other eligible destinations may take 8–15 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Guest checkout customers can use the shipping confirmation email to check updates. You can also visit our Track Order page for guidance.
Can I return an item?
Unused and unworn bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Preference-based returns ship to our China return address at the customer’s cost. Please review our Shipping & Returns page before starting a return request.
