Aura Oath prepares each Intention Bracelet carefully before shipment. This page explains order processing, delivery estimates, returns, exchanges, and support requests for physical bracelet orders.

Free standard shipping

Shipping is included on every bracelet order at checkout.

2–4 business days

30-day returns

Unused and unworn bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Free Standard Shipping

Aura Oath offers free standard shipping on all orders. Orders are fulfilled from China through YunExpress or comparable logistics partners.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes order review, bracelet preparation, packaging, and quality inspection before carrier handoff.

During holidays, high-volume launches, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. If a meaningful delay occurs, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not after the order is placed.

  • United States: 7–12 business days after shipment.
  • Other eligible destinations: 8–15 business days after shipment.

These are estimated delivery windows, not fixed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier handoff, customs review, local postal handling, weather, holidays, or destination-specific conditions.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after carrier handoff, especially during cross-border transit.

Guest checkout customers can use the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. You can also visit our Track Order page for help locating order updates.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges depending on the destination. These charges are set by local authorities and may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that window, the order may already be in preparation or logistics processing, and changes may not be possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused and unworn bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the bracelet must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with the original hard gift-ready box and packaging where possible. Please contact us before sending any return. Items returned without prior approval may be delayed or may not be processed correctly.

Return Shipping

For preference-based returns, customers are responsible for return shipping to our China return address. For preference-based exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping to China, and Aura Oath covers one outbound replacement shipment per order after the return is received and approved.

Original shipping is not separately refunded because standard shipping is offered free at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we can send a replacement at no extra cost. In most verified cases, a return shipment is not required unless additional review is needed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund timing varies by payment provider or bank, but commonly takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, damaged, altered, or incomplete items.
  • Items outside the 30-day return window.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items showing repeated policy abuse or return activity that cannot be reasonably verified.
