30-Day Returns
Unused and unworn bracelets may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Preference-based returns ship to our China return address at the customer’s cost.
U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment. Other eligible destinations may take 8–15 business days. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
