Once your bracelet ships, we’ll send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. No account registration is required.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
When your order ships, a tracking link is sent by email.
How to check your tracking
Open your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after carrier handoff, especially during cross-border transit.
Orders ship from China through YunExpress or comparable logistics partners. U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment. Other eligible destinations may take 8–15 business days.
Guest checkout orders
If you checked out as a guest, your tracking link will still be sent to the checkout email address. Please keep your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails for reference.
Use your checkout email
For order support, use the same email address entered at checkout. This helps us verify the order before sharing tracking details.
